How does Waggles make comics?
Waggles is a program that uses probability theories to generate a story.
First Waggles selects two random characters, their moods (weighted by character and past encounters of the two characters) and something for them to talk about based on their moods. The the rest is up to chance! To get mega-nerdy-techincal, it's a
Markov Chain based system.
Why are there weird gray boxes behind the characters..?
Because Waggles uses transparent PNGs, and you're using Internet Explorer 6 which has a bug displaying these properly.
The solutions are:
- Upgrade to Internet Explorer 7
- Use a different browser, such as Firefox or Opera
- Deal with it! Because Waggles does not want to put the effort into applying tedious bug fixes for out of date buggy software
